Refund Policy

Our goal is to provide 100% satisfaction with your purchase; offers a generous 30-day guarantee on our merchandise (excluding custom, special orders or electronic parts).  All damaged merchandise must be reported within 72 hours of receipt of product. Used items may not be returned. Returned products must be in the original condition and packaging.

Email for instructions on how to return product. Berkel Midwest Sales & Service, Inc. will not accept any returns without prior approval or consent, which will be given or withheld at Berkel Midwest Sales & Service, Inc. discretion. A restocking fee will apply for most returns. Custom orders may not be cancelled or returned.


Securely pack the item(s) in the original packaging and ship via prepaid, UPS to the address provided by our customer service department.  Shipping charges for return products are the responsibility of the customer. Returns made without RMA numbers may be delayed or denied. Sorry, we cannot refund handing fees.  If original order was shipped by common carrier freight the customer will be responsible to arrange product(s) to be returned once a RMA number has been issued.  All returned items will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.

We understand that you may change your mind about an order after placing it. You may cancel an order up until the order has shipped. Any order, once shipped, where the customer refuses delivery through the carrier (FedEx, UPS or Common Carrier Freight) and subject to a 20% restocking fee.

General Limited Warranty:

The warranty period is 30 (thirty) days form your date of purchase.  If any new part fails due to a defect in material or workmanship under normal use and service after proper installation, and according to the original manufacturers specifications, part(s) will be replaced at no cost.  You must contact to generate a Return Material Authorization. Warranty does not cover shipping costs to return warranty item or ship new item.
