    The powerful and fast Berkel Model 705 Tenderizer produces a better product.

Smooth meat flow and a uniform tenderizing pattern combine to produce a product that is appetizing to see in the meat case. Lean cuts are tenderized thoroughly and knit tightly to seal in juices when cooked.

The Model 705-S Stir Fry Cutter produces clean, uniform strips of meat from 3/8" to 7/8" thick. 14 stainless steel knives clean cut up to 13 strips at a time.

    Stir Fry Cutter consists of sharp stainless steel blades running between traction rollers to provide even cuts and positive product drive.

      Tenderizer consists of 86 blades on two rollers providing 1,118 cutting edges. The design cuts and knits the meat from both sides simultaneously.
